  • Karie Hall is the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Harrah’s and Harvey’s Lake Tahoe, overseeing $300 million in revenue, property operations, and marketing initiatives while leading a team of 1,400 professionals in the casino and hospitality industry. She began her career as a Front Desk Agent at Caesars Palace and has built a distinguished 28-year career across Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Lake Tahoe. Karie has played key roles in numerous property openings and high-profile redevelopment projects throughout her career.

    Karie holds a B.S. in Tourism and Recreation Management with a Minor in Business from Arizona State University and is a Certified Rooms Division Executive. In 2015, she was honored as Boutique Hotelier of the Year by the BLLA for her achievements as the opening General Manager of The Cromwell, Las Vegas’ first boutique hotel casino.

    A passionate advocate for the communities she serves, Karie currently serves on the Board of Directors for STAR, Tahoe Douglas Visitors Authority, Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority, South Shore Transportation Management Association, and the Caesars Foundation.

    Born at Barton Memorial in Tahoe South, Karie has strong ties to the region and enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle. Whether mountain biking or cruising the lake, she values time spent in nature. In her free time, she loves traveling, gardening, and camping with her husband of 18 years and their three teenage daughters.
