Cospire meets three times a year, in-person, to provide participants professional tools, through engaging speakers and network opportunities, that aid women leaders positively impacting the Tahoe Basin and sister-communities.

A native of South Africa, Andrea immigrated to Canada in her early twenties, and later landed in the United States, where Lake Tahoe would become home with her husband and their three children. Andrea is a Certified Public Accountant and business owner to Drew Consulting Inc., with a deep experience in financial operations, fundraising, strategy, compliance, contracting, governance, cash management and supporting companies in the attainment of long-term viability.

Andrea believes in giving back to the community and organizations that have opened so many doors to life opportunities and experiences. Andrea founded Cospire, to provide professional development opportunities for the women of the Tahoe Basin and sister-regions, to foster growth and prosperity throughout their “seasons of life” and those they impact.

    About the Coaching Opportunity: Thanks to your sponsorship, one attendee will be awarded a 3-6 month Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC) opportunity; furthering their personal professional development needs. SCC is a practice that is based upon the principles of Marshall Goldsmith, a world authority in helping successful leaders get even better – by achieving positive, lasting change in behavior: for themselves, their people and their teams. Principles of SCC include:

    ● Placing attention and focus on your stakeholders

    ● Emphasizing FeedForward

    ● Changing behavior and perception in parallel.

    Investment level options include:

    ● $2,500 for 3-months of SCC instruction

    ● $5,000 for 6-months instruction

*Please note, per IRS and non-profit GAAP-accounting regulations, the complimentary ticket value, where included in the sponsorship fee cost, will be showcased as a separate value in the IRS-required donation receipt letter issued by Cospire to the Sponsor organization. Attendance and resultant use of complimentary ticket must be confirmed two weeks prior to close of general ticket sales for each event.
