Courageous leadership for complex times: This two-part course will begin with the Courage to Invest in Your Own Sustainability. We’ll dive into well-being theory to provide participants with an evidence-based framework for healthy striving. Following part one, we’ll look at Supportive Practices to Thrive addressing real issues like saying no, setting boundaries, and finding the courage to identify what you want vs. waiting to see what you can have. Walk away braver, bolder, and freer!

GUEST SPEAKER

Alexis Robin

  • Alexis Robin, CXO and co-founder of pLink Leadership®, inspires people to be brave, make generous assumptions, and to “take themselves on.” Throughout her 20 years of corporate consulting and successful entrepreneurship, Alexis has worked across a wide range of sectors including tech, hospitality, finance, consumer goods, and government organizations. Alexis masterfully facilitates leaders in growing their teams’ capacity to create psychological safety and courage through insightful, honest conversations and imaginative ideation.


    Alexis is the author of Leap of Faith: Cultivating Your Brave Heart and hosts the coaching podcast The Bright Side: Life and Leadership. She partakes in the great outdoors near her home in Truckee, California, and enjoys snowboarding, stand-up paddling, and forest bathing with her French husband and teen twins.

pLink Leadership Team

  • Cristi Creegan was elected to the City Council of South Lake Tahoe in November 2020 and was installed as Mayor Pro Tem in December 2021. A 25-year resident of the city, Cristi is an enthusiastic participant in the community, holding leadership roles in organizations including Live Violence Free, Tahoe Heritage Foundation, Tahoe Parents Nursery School and various PTAs over the years.
    Cristi is a small business owner, has worked as a substitute teacher in the Lake Tahoe Unified School District, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley, and a law degree from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a certificate in Environmental Law. The most important of Cristi’s many roles is mom to her daughters Darby, a freshman at Swarthmore College, and Tessa, a freshman at South Tahoe High School, and she loves to read, solve crossword puzzles, and play ping pong with her husband Bernard.
