EDGEWOOD TAHOE RESORT

THE 6 TYPES OF WORKING GENIUS

EDGEWOOD RESORT HOTEL | OCTOBER 25, 2023

Join us for an insightful workshop with leadership expert Maya, as she delves into Patrick Lencioni's 6 Types of Working Genius framework, a powerful tool for unlocking personal and professional growth.

The 6 Types of Working Genius identifies six distinct types of work: Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity. Each of us has two areas that are energizing (our “Working Genius”) and two areas that can lead to frustration. By understanding our unique strengths and limitations, we can align ourselves with tasks that bring us fulfillment and productivity, while avoiding those that drain our energy.

Maya will guide us through an exploration of these six types of work, helping participants identify their own Working Genius and apply this understanding to enhance their personal and professional development. We will also discuss how to leverage this knowledge in our relationships with colleagues, teams, and partners, leading to more effective collaboration, leadership, and communication.

With a deep background in organizational psychology, leadership development, and experience scaling a global consulting firm, Maya brings a wealth of practical insights to this session. Whether you're looking to better understand yourself, optimize your team dynamics, or improve your leadership approach, this workshop will provide actionable strategies to help you thrive.

Don’t miss this opportunity to discover the power of knowing your Working Genius and how it can transform the way you lead, work, and grow.
